Synarc, Inc. Appoints Ali Guermazi, M.D. as Scientific Director, Oncology Services
Ali Guermazi, M.D. has been appointed Scientific Director, Oncology Services at Synarc, Inc.
In this capacity, Dr. Guermazi will provide broad scientific and operational support for Oncology
trials.
Dr. Guermazi has demonstrated his scientific leadership in oncology with numerous published
articles and book edits on Hematological Malignancies including Lymphoma, Leukemia and Myeloma.
He is currently working on a second book on Kidney Cancer.
Since Dr. Guermazi started working for Synarc in November 2002, he has collaborated with research
scientists at Synarc and other leading institutions.
His efforts have lead to the publication of 15 articles summarizing original scientific
contribution. These publications also serve to promote Synarc's scientific leadership internationally. In addition to serving as Scientific Director, Dr. Guermazi will retain his current role as
Director of Clinical Research in Radiology Services and will continue to provide medical reading
services for our ongoing trials.
