San Francisco – September 12, 2007 - Synarc Inc., the world's leading provider of medical image analysis, biochemical marker, and clinical research center services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, announced it has set a challenge to raise $15,000 to support the American Heart Association's Heart Walk on September 21st. Synarc is a Medical Milestone Sponsor of the event, which begins at Justin Herman Plaza.

Last year 100 Synarc employees raised $12,000 for the Heart Association's top fundraising event. This event emphasizes the importance of walking as a heart healthy exercise while raising funds to help the American Heart Association in its fight against heart disease and stroke- one of the leading causes of death among men and women.
