| SYNARC ADDS VETERAN FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE YVONNE TATSUNO TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – March 26, 2007 – Synarc Inc., the world's largest provider of centralized imaging services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, has hired Yvonne Tatsuno as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Tatsuno will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to support the rapid growth of the company.
Prior to joining Synarc, Tatsuno was Vice President, Corporate Accounting and Controls for McKesson Corporation in San Francisco. Tatsuno was responsible for budgeting, accounting and strategic planning at McKesson. She began her career as an auditor with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Tatsuno received her B.A. and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.
