SYNARC APPOINTS MARY CORBETT AS VICE PRESIDENT OF GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES

San Francisco – July 23, 2007 - Synarc Inc., the world's leading provider of medical imaging analysis, biochemical marker, and clinical research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, today announced the appointment of Mary Corbett to vice president of global human resources.  Corbett will be responsible for developing and implementing all human resources strategy and programs closely linked to, and in support of, the overall strategic goals of the company.

Prior to joining Synarc, Corbett served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities for Broadlane, Inc. in San Francisco.  She was responsible for human resource strategy and ethics and compliance programs to reflect evolving industry practices.

Corbett received her Masters degree from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
