Jeffrey J Bairstow is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for directing Synarc’s financial, IT, legal and administrative operations.
Prior to joining Synarc, Bairstow served as EVP and CFO at Dendrite, a pharmaceutical sales services company in Bedminster, New Jersey. Bairstow was responsible for the company's financial operations, including planning, investor relations and internal audit.
Mr. Bairstow previously held senior financial and operational positions within Health Net Inc.(HNT), including President of Health Net's Government and Specialty Services Division and earlier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Health Net-California. Mr. Bairstow also held a number of executive positions at other public and private companies within the healthcare and technology industry(s), including America Service Group (ASGR), RelayHealth and Managed Health Network, after beginning his career at Ernst & Whinney.
He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business. |
